Practice growth doesn’t always happen with just clinical education, it requires your entire team to be aligned, engaged and continually looking for ways to improve.
Clearly Team Growth Challenges is an exclusive development series for Clearly Select™ practices, with six team challenges running from October 2026 through August 2027.
Each challenge focuses on a different area of your practice, watch the weekly video together with approximately 15–20 minutes of team time needed each week.

Each Team Growth Challenge gives your team something practical to work on together, with a new focus introduced throughout the year.
Every challenge runs for four weeks using the same simple framework:

Try one small behaviour or idea during your normal workday.

Collaborate
Work across roles to complete a shared activity as a team.
Week 4
Celebrate
Look at what worked, recognize your progress and decide what your team wants to carry forward.
Then, when the next scheduled challenge begins, your team moves on to a new area of development.

Doctors
Create the environment for the program to succeed by choosing a Champion, protecting a small amount of team time and supporting participation.

Help bring each challenge to life by organizing, facilitating, encouraging and celebrating your team’s progress.
Clinic Teams
Participate in short weekly activities, test new behaviours and discover what is worth continuing in your practice.

Team Growth Challenges are designed to help Clearly Select™ clinics work toward meaningful practice growth, including the goal of supporting 20+ additional cases per year through consistent team alignment and engagement.
Eligible doctors may also have access to rebate incentives ranging from $1,000–$6,000 depending on doctor tier.

Program instructor
Led by Dr. Hubert Ng
Team Growth Challenges are led by Dr. Hubert Ng, helping Clearly Select™ practices turn team development into practical actions that can become part of everyday clinic life.
Dr. Hubert Ng combines a strong academic foundation with comprehensive training across orthodontics, Invisalign®, oral sedation and sleep apnea treatment. Practising since 2007, he approaches dentistry through a patient-centred lens, with a focus on helping patients understand their options and feel confident in their care.
