• A dedicated space to set up a display, with opportunities to interact with attendees during all conference breaks.
• Attendance at three evening events, providing additional opportunities for networking.
• Logo placement in the conference brochure and the chance to include marketing materials in attendee welcome bags.
• Participation in our Passport Program, designed to encourage attendees to visit vendor booths and engage directly with your representatives.
• Your sponsorship includes attendance for one company representative. If you would like to send additional representatives, there is an additional fee of $750 USD per person.

Cancellation Policy

We would like to inform you about our cancellation policy regarding Clearly Illuminate Annual Conference 2026. In the event of a cancellation made before October 31^st, 2025, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of your payment. However, please note that for cancellations occurring between November 1st, 2025 and January 31^st, 2026, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of your payment. Please also note that cancellations made after February 1^st, 2026 are non-refundable to cover fixed costs incurred. We strive to accommodate your needs while also considering the expenses involved in organizing the course.
