Cancellation Policy

We would like to inform you about our cancellation policy regarding Live courses. In the event of a cancellation made more than 21 days (3 weeks) in advance, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of your payment. However, please note that for cancellations occurring within 0-20 days prior to the course, a refund will be provided with a deduction of $100 to cover fixed costs incurred. We strive to accommodate your needs while also considering the expenses involved in organizing the course.
