Dr. Stephen Schalk
General Dentist
Dr. Schalk earned his DDS from the University of Alberta in 2014 and has trained with orthodontic experts across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He is a GP who exclusively treats orthodontics. In 2017, he became the world’s youngest Invisalign® Diamond provider and is currently a Diamond Plus Top 1% provider. He is the founder of Clearly Aligned™ and Clearly Select™, has served on the AACA board, owns three clinics, speaks internationally, and leads research in digital aligner monitoring.
Dr. Regina Blevins
Orthodontist
Dr. Regina Blevins began her career as a dental hygienist before earning her DDS from the University of Michigan and completing her orthodontic master’s degree and certification at the University of Minnesota. Passionate about both the art and science of orthodontics, she stays at the forefront of the field through ongoing education and research. Dr. Blevins is a sought-after speaker for Invisalign® and Align Technology and teaches dental students at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Tracey Nguyen is a scientific advisor for the Kois Center and a leading educator in airway management and cosmetic dentistry. She maintains a private practice in Northern Virginia and lectures widely on dentistry’s role in treating malocclusions comorbid with airway and sleep issues. She co-founded Airway, Sleep and Pediatric Pathway (ASAP), an online mini-residency in pediatric dental sleep medicine.
Dr. Sadaf Fazel
General Dentist
Dr. Fazel, BSc, DMD, owns three dental clinics and is one of the world’s youngest GP Invisalign® Diamond providers. Passionate about clear aligner therapy, she has completed over 1,500 hours of continuing education, training with leading educators including Kenji Ojima and Willy Dayan. She has treated 800+ Invisalign® patients and is dedicated to helping educate doctors and teams to bridge the orthodontic–restorative gap.
Dr. Jack Milgate

Dr. Milgate is an accomplished dentist originally from Australia and the founder of successful clinics in Barwon Heads and Queenscliff. An Align ANZ Global Faculty member, he reviews over 1,000 ClinCheck® plans each year. His guiding philosophy is “minimal steps, maximum outcome,” believing in doing only what’s necessary to achieve the ideal outcome and reduce the restorative burden.

Dr. Hubert Ng joined Airdrie Springs Dental in 2007 after earning his DMD from the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Ng has comprehensive training in orthodontics, Invisalign®, and sleep apnea treatment. She empowers teams to build clinical confidence and drive sustainable practice growth through high-level delegation.

Shannon Carroll, RDH, earned her hygiene degree in 2003 and has advanced training in occlusion, orofacial myology, and dental sleep medicine. She is passionate about utilizing digital scanning to help patients understand how orthodontics supports comprehensive health. She serves as a member of the Hygiene Faculty for Align Technology.

She believes knowledge-sharing is essential and enjoys exchanging ideas with peers as a speaker and mentor.
Dr. Hannah Cho is a general dentist with a strong passion for advanced orthodontic and esthetic care. She practices at West Grande Prairie Dental, focusing on Invisalign® and surgical cases.
