Clearly Team Growth Challenges is a free, four-week team development program created for Clearly Select™ practices. Through short, practical weekly challenges, your team will work together to strengthen communication, improve the patient and clinical experience, build stronger practice culture and support sustainable growth.

Each week takes approximately 15–20 minutes and is designed to fit into your existing clinic routine.

Team Growth Challenges are designed around action. Each challenge gives your team something simple to try, discuss, experiment with and build on together.

Over four weeks, your practice will move through a simple framework:

Work together across roles to complete a shared challenge.

Team Growth Challenges are designed for Clearly Select™ doctors, Team Growth Champions and clinic staff.

Doctors

Create the environment for the program to succeed by choosing a Champion, protecting a small amount of team time and supporting participation.

Team Growth Champions

Help bring each challenge to life by organizing, facilitating, encouraging and celebrating your team’s progress.

Clinic Teams

Participate in short weekly activities, test new behaviours and discover what is worth continuing in your practice.

Everyone has a role, but no one has to build the program from scratch.

Team Growth Challenges are designed to help Clearly Select™ clinics work toward meaningful practice growth, including the goal of supporting 20+ additional cases per year through consistent team alignment and engagement.

Eligible doctors may also have access to rebate incentives ranging from $1,000–$6,000 depending on doctor tier.
