Speakers: Dr. Stephen Schalk and Dr. Terry Codington
Dr. Schalk graduated from the University of Alberta with his DDS in 2014. Rather than pursue an orthodontics residency, Dr. Schalk travelled across the Americas, Europe, and Asia to learn from orthodontic experts. After limiting his practice to orthodontics, he became the youngest GP Invisalign Diamond provider in the world. Dr. Schalk is currently a Diamond Plus, Top 1% Invisalign Provider.
Dr. Schalk is the owner of three dental clinics. He speaks internationally and is an industry key opinion leader. He researches digital monitoring of clear aligners for the SRED Program, and reviously served as a board member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners.
In 2020, Dr. Schalk created Clearly Aligned: an educational platform for general dentists. A natural talker and enthusiastic teacher, his passion is sure to inspire and encourage you on your road to Invisalign success.
Dr. Terry Codington lives in both San Francisco and Maui. He currently operates a private Dental Practice- Aloha Dental Group in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is also currently managing a successful Align DSO Invisalign partnership - The AIR Group, a collective of very talented, US-GP Diamond and Platinum Invisalign Providers. In addition to that, Dr. Codington also provides Invisalign treatments one week a month for patients at SmileWorld Orthodontics, a large Orthodontic Group Practice in the Hawaiian Island chain.
Dr. Codington's dental passion is configured around educating other providers, and patients, on the importance of a healthy dental occlusion. He holds a specific focus on combined Sleep Medicine and Invisalign Therapy. He has been a full-time member of the Align Global Faculty for the past 5 years teaching thousands of dentists throughout the US and Canada. Dr. Codington also speaks frequently for The Air Institute, a Dental-Sleep Medicine educational group he recently has co-founded.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara and attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. He has been practicing in both private and group practice settings for over three decades and is currently a Diamond Plus, Top 1% Invisalign Provider.
