The program outlines a structured approach to implementing new clinical systems by separating doctor-focused and staff-focused content, emphasizing the need for clear planning, defined timelines, and intentional staff engagement. It highlights the importance of communicating a meaningful “why” behind operational changes to gain true staff alignment, noting that motivation stems from patient care rather than productivity goals. There is also the role of designated clinical and administrative champions, protected time for training through lunch-and-learns, and the careful use of incentives, presented with clear expectations, measurable criteria, and boundaries to support sustainable behavior change without compromising patient care.
