A dedicated Slack community designed to support every member of your practice.
The Clearly Teams Slack Community officially launches onAugust 4th, providing a dedicated workspace exclusively for Clearly Select doctors and their practice teams. This new platform extends the collaborative experience members already value while creating a space where administrative, clinical, and treatment coordination teams can learn, ask questions, and share ideas with peers. Doctors continue to benefit from their private Slack community, while teams gain access to a dedicated environment built around their unique roles.
Getting Started Practice teams can join Clearly Teams through the invitation link included below and available on the Clearly Select Portal. During registration, each team member should update their Slack profile to include their practice name and role (for example, Treatment Coordinator, Dental Assistant, Administrator, or Hygienist). This information helps faculty provide more relevant guidance and allows members to connect with peers in similar positions. If a team member leaves your practice, you may request their removal from the Clearly Teams Slack community by contacting the Clearly Select administrative team. This helps ensure the community remains exclusive to active members of participating practices.
Clearly Teams includes dedicated channels to support the most important areas of practice operations. Team members can participate in discussions related to Clinical Consults, Financial Presentations, Clinical, ClinCheck Design, and Supplies & Ordering. These focused channels make it easy to ask questions, share experiences, and receive practical advice from experienced faculty and peers. As the community continues to grow internationally, additional region-specific channels may be introduced to better support local workflows and systems.
Future Growth
The current faculty represents practices across Canada, with plans to expand internationally as the community continues to grow. Members who know experienced team professionals from the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, or other regions are encouraged to submit nominations for future faculty positions, helping Clearly Teams continue to build a diverse global network of expertise.
